Puberty is a nasty thing. If you've ever seen "The Nutty Professor" with Eddie Murphy, and watched him go from Buddy Love to Professor Klump, that's kinda what your sister is going through now. Bulges in different areas at different times...
Is there anything wrong with it? No... could it attract unwanted (or worse... wanted) attention? Yeah... it could... especially if she's dressing up to accentuate it.
She's in the middle of growing up... and she probably look slike a 22-year old because she WANTS to... help her out.

No. That's absolutely fine. She just looks a little older. Eventually, she will stop growing, and it will be ok to look like she is 20 years old.

first off, you sound borderline retarded. lets get your grammar in order: "but she 15" how about "but she IS 15". or, even better, "she look like a 22 year old", which would be, in normal English, "she lookS like a 22 year old." i don't want to be mean but I'm sure your smart, and all your doing here is making yourself look bad.
