I really like the innovation and the design. Are you looking for potential investors. Or are you just trying to get your idea out there. I have assumed that you applied for a patent for this design. You might want to since your making it public. I would advise just to make it a little more clear what you are looking for from this questions.

No way it could cost $700,000. The avg unit price would be under 9K. Assuming 30'x30'x80 units, you will need at least at least 2 acres of land. If you assume that you can get an acre of land for 100K in a desirable location near a campus, your per unit cost is now $6K...

good design, but i just cant see it making to much money, its to small for the dorm or elderly life. but if you market it to the millitary, and add in some more disposable parts (polly board or another type of wood instead of concrete) then you might have something realy valuble.

Check with a bank. Maybe they can finance the project.

A really neat thing about your projects is that if you build them back to back you can roll them to the sites.

I apologize; couldn't resist.

Sell them to the Eskimos, since they won't melt with global warming.

Sorry, again. I was on a roll ("...on a roll", "...roll them to the sites." ; please don't take me off the drugs).
