I'm So Addicted. I Need Some Help. Dear Lord Its Like My Drug. Can Someone Please Help Me Get Off Of It? Tips?Anything??

Well, first try setting a time limit every day. Start by taking two hours off of how much you go on now. Do that for two weeks, then take two more hours away. Do the same thing untill you get on for maybe only an hour every day or so.
If that doesn't work, try turning off your computer once you check everything, and try minimizing the things you do just to maybe one survey bulliten, not reposting stupid "you will die in 10 hours" bullitens, and only getting on to reply to comments or messages and tweaking your profile every once and a while. You don't need a new layout every single day.

If that doesn't work, I know this sounds harsh, but you have to delete your profile. Its the only way to stop being addicted to MySpace if what I've mentioned isn't working. Well, good luck. I hope e verything works out.

get off myspace or threw away ur comp. what happens to u if ur on a vacation? can u stay away from myspace for more that 2 days? Over time you'll start to lose interest.

plus i just made a yahoo 360 page, but it don't compare to myspace♥ :]

i just love designing it...that is the big thing with me, over and over designing, designing, designing, ..then i see a new layout I like or a new little thing to put in it, ..i love designing it, that is my fave part.

i agree with the psychotic thing. well it sounds like u're on myspace to meet strangers. if u had real friends u could always set dates and or call to hang out.
