WWE portrays an image that most boys, especially around 11 - 15, want to be. They want the massive muscles and the 'Get in my way and die' attitude, but in general, boys just like fighting, whether its real or fake.

My opinion.......
Guys like WWE because it's the "mans soap opera"
It has drama, action, comedy, etc.
It's entertainment. Hence the name. World Wrestling Entertainment.
I watch it whenever I can. usually smackdown as I am currently without satellite so I don't get the channel that WWE RAW is on.
Is it fake? Well. For the most part yes. But they do get hurt..
I've been to a few house shows and you can see the moves are choreographed (sp).
I have also received autographs from some former WWE superstars.

Liar! WWE wrestling isn't on everyday, but I watch it as much as I can. I just love and I know that it is fake but I can enjoy just like most wrestling fans. I watch it because someday hopefully I will be a WWE superstar. I love a girl who will watch wrestling with me so ladies if youre single, beautiful and like wrestling come talk to me.
By the way there is nothing like it out there. There is sports and there is entertainment. Wrestling is BOTH so you know you will enjoy because it combines these two like never before.

I don't like WWE because I'm pretty sure it's fake wrestling that's staged. However, I do think that boxing is an interesting sport because of its competitive nature; boxing isn't "professional" wrestling, though. I think that this wrestling is awfully barbaric even if it isn't staged. It's still so illegitimate.

guys are not necessarily more passionate about the wwe. I'm a girl and love it to death. its just that there are more guys than girls that like wrestling.

i hate wrestling. i see enough wrestling at school and even that's more realistic. what really pisses me off is how people cheer on senseless violence. what's the point of wwe? knock the other guy out? there are better ways than smashing a chair on his head.
