i do not have any adresses to chat with other people.so i want some adresses so that i can chat with them.i mean that i want to simply chat with no adresses in my list.

Yahoo! Chat is a link on the home page of Yahoo. There are no addresses required and it's anonymous, as long as you keep it that way. That's my suggestion.
Also, be very careful about what you say and who you give ANY personal info out to. People can easily ask "innocent" questions that can actually give them more info than you would ever imagine.
