Not sure what kind of program you are looking for.
There are several training schools here.
I attended the Chinatown Culture Center beginning course. I was very disappointed.
I also attened a course from Tonji University. Tou can do.
here are excellent teachers there and not excellent teachers there. Hope to get lucky is the best you cam do.
I will take Tonji's classes again in Fall.

Several universities have programs. I think the staff that deals with foreign students at East China Normal University is great.
Shanghai Jiaotong University is the best location.
Tonji is also ok if you are at the Xuhui campus.
Also Fudan, Donghua, and Shanghai International Studies University have programs.
In China, students are king. If you are unhappy with your teacher just complain.
Some training schools are How Mandrain, Mandarian House, and Berlitz.
I have not heard about the quality of programs at fhese schools from anyone.
