I know of someone VERY experienced with face paint. Of course, she'll suggest a commercial paint thinner.

Edit: That does it, MIMI!! Read the question again. It asks "How do I- yes I- do to remove PAINT stains...", not S*** stains!!!

I know what NOT to use...a Mr. Clean magic eraser...please don't ask me how I know that it burns your skin. Oh, well, I'll just tell you...(a co-worker can't read...)
