Here's how i see this trade:
Eli Manning for Tom Brady: HUGE advantage for you here. That could end up winning you the league. I have Brady as the #3 FF QB going into this season.
E.James for Julies Jones: Obviously, this made the deal work for you. I think Jones can have a decent year, but Marion Barber is going to steal TD's from him. Would have said this was a mistake except you have Barber and R.Brown. Advice: If Ron Dayne is available, go get him...he is #1 on Denver's depth chart at RB right now, not Tatum Bell.
Roy Willams for Hines Ward: Again, big advantage for you here. Hines is probably in the top 10, Williams could be but you gave up potential for a sure thing. That's always a good move.
Overall, you got the much better end of this deal, and if James flames out in Arizona, you really stole a great deal!:)

NO NOT A GOOD TRADE for a couple of reasons. I agree with everything Chris L. had to say except Tom Brady ALWAYS puts up really good numbers.
1. Eli Manning will have just as good a year as Tom Brady if not better. Brady lost David Givens to the Titans that will hurt. Advantage: Tossup
2. Edgerrin James he may play for Arizona and their O-line does suck, but he won't be splitting carries with anybody like Jones will (Marion Barber)
Advantage: Edgerrin James
3. Hines Ward is a great WR probably one of the top 3 all around WR in the NFL. But Fantasy Football whise he's not great. Roy Williams is gonna have a breakout year this year with Mike Martz and a decent QB to throw it to him.
Advantage: Roy Williams
SO NO YOU MADE A CRAPPY TRADE IN MY OPINION!!!

I don't like the trade. Eli is primed for a breakout year what with having Burress, Moss, and Shockey all healthy. Edge is still a top 6 RB and Roy Williams will put up huge #'s with a descent QB. Brady while a great leader never puts up good stats. J.Jones splits carries with M.Barber and Hines Ward has an injured QB.

Looks like you got the better of the deal.
Brady over Eli hands down.
Julius over the Edge, because the Cardinals O-line is bad, although Julius will split time with Marion Barber.
Hines over Roy, because of the qb positon in detroit.
Good luck with your team.

Very good trade. In a 6 team league the only starters there are Brady, Ward and James, and James is suspect because of the AZ O-Line

i'm glad you at least have barber and brown....cuz this trade sucked for you...in my opinion. are you weak at QB and WR? if yes, then this trade isn't too bad.
edge will be huge this year. sure, he's going to arizona but they drafted some new O-linemen to strengthen the line. plus they have 2 of the best WRs in the game, which should give edge plenty of room to run. williams hasn't gotten the receiving yards but he's gotten plenty of TDs. lions have mike martz now so he should really help their passing game. ward is better than williams, but don't be surprised if williams turns out to be a stud this year. eli is very overrated....so getting brady is a plus. dillon is getting old so they will be passing a lot.
overall, i wouldn't have done the trade but that's without looking at your other players.

I think you made a great trade, depending though on how your football league points are set up. If there's more point focus on QB's you got the more reliable and proven one, which is good. If it's RB focused, Julius Jones still hasn't had that breakthrough season yet, but is bound to sometime soon. You definately did well as far as WR's go. Roy Williams is good, but he has no one to throw it to him. Well done.

Eli is going to have better players around him (WR & RB) than Brady will this year. Edge is on a new team, with a TON of weapons, and no one really knows what Rothlisberger will do this year, especially after that accident.
It's not a bad deal at all, but I have a feeling Eli & Edge are going to have pretty good years.

Yes, excellent trade. Eli's gonna hit a slump this year, Edge is going to struggle in Arizona and Roy Williams still plays for Detroit (enough said).
