Well I suggest the Xbox360 for many reasons. The live play is just amazing. Even if the games are more $ [which they will be 80$ for the ps3] you dont just beat it and stop playing. You play kids online which is quite a thrill. The Wii seams ok, but the games are going to be kiddish, like Mario and Zelda. The PS3 is and will be amazing, but with a core system [no hardrive] costing 400$, and each game costing 80$, and not much of an online community, I dont see the point. The 360 is going to have Halo 3 ! Thats enough of a reason to drop 400 on a premium

I'm going to get the Wii first and possibly an Xbox 360 later. I see a lot of awesome games on the Wii coming out at or near launch such as Super Mario Galaxy and Red Steel, and there are quite a lot coming out for Xbox 360 later like Gears of War and Lost Planet.
I think its a good idea to get a Wii and at least one other system to get the best of both kinds of games.

First wii, eventually xbox. nintendo is and has always been the best video game maker. I have never had any of them to mess up, though my xbox messes up all the time and it was bought brand new and i take perfectly good care off it. plus nintendo owns the best three video game characters of all time: mario, link (from zelda), and sonic.
