i am a stay at home mom, so my complaint is that my job isn't 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Its 24/7.

Not enough hours (8 hours a week), so that makes it hard to learn everything there is to know about the job. Not enough respect, when I ask for help they don't show me, and when I make a mistake, they look at me like I'm the village idiot. I have another part-time job, so I'll probably just stick with that one and look for a better job in the meantime.

I only get paid for the work and sales that I do.

I only get paid for the ideas and smarts that I have.

Working extra hours takes years to pay-off.

I only get paid after the bills and taxes are paid.

My customers want to pay me less.

My customers want me to work harder, smarter, longer, in more than one location......and all of it for less money.

My customers want everything I have to be sold at Walmart, Target, Home Depot or Walgreens.

My customers are "afraid" of good customer service because they don't want me to try to SELL them something.

My customers want to save $5 at my store on everything they buy.....but lose $5,000 a year on the depreciation of their car. And at $3 a day for a Starbucks fix they could save $3 times 365 days for one year and buy EVERYTHING THEY WOULD EVER NEED IN MY SHOPPE FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE.

The next years of saving $3 a day they could go to Jamaica for a month a year.......all paid.

Owning a business is a trip....I wouldn't have traded it for the world !!!!
