Ronaldo is a piece of junk, my pronostic is he'll probably get his *** kicked when he goes back to England (at least I hope...). They're teammates with Rooney, that was a bad dirty move.
He'll never be a great, he didn't even scored a goal, in 6 games, he didn't make a difference against France. I really like Maniche in their team. Ronaldo is a little ugly arrogant brat that deserves his little *** kicked.
Rooney should as well control his temper, in my own opinion, that was a stupid move to get a red card. He's only 20, he's amazing, he'll learn.

Cristiano is talented but Rooney is gifted beyond and should he stay healthy will have a more storied career as a goal-scorer, play-maker and leader. Cristiano doesn't strike me as a United type of player and I will not be surprised if Sir Alex transfers him and in the process makes a tiddy profit on him. But what is also true is that Sir Alex is not affraid of having a little tension in the team as long as everyone has the same objective in mind: winning. Whatever's been written about Ronaldo's theatrics in this World Cup, you cannot dispute the fact that he really wanted to win...

I think they're both getting way more attention than actually merited. They are talented players and young. Give them a bit of slack. I don't know all that much about Rooney but I'm just disgusted with the attacks he's getting from so many of the supporters and media. They hyped him up and now they're taking him down -- as if he can get himself sorted with all of that going on.
I didn't care for C. Ronaldo during Euro 2004, but he seems to have grown up a lot since then. I really like his passion for the game -- that delayed scream after the defeat of England said it all. I'm sort of hoping he does leave Man U -- why should he have to live through all of the fickle tirades of the English media and many supporters? He's a fantastic player and it would be absurdly stupid if his talent was hampered at all by having to cope with their vitriol. Same goes for Rooney.

Letz get this straight. Ronaldo n Rooney r both great youngsters. 4 da people who said ronaldo is a cheat, they ain't profesional football fans. Jus because eng lost don try to put all ur anger on dat poor ronaldo. N another thing is dat rooney does not know how to control hiz attitude.

Cristiano Ronaldo could become a better than average player if he just play football and quit trying to look good. I don't know about Rooney. The first few time I saw him play, he looked like a sure bet to become a good player. He didn't show anything in the world cup, just his childlish antics.

Well that C Ronaldo is an actor and that what he did was to provoke rooney is now clear (except to some blind portugal or girls who like c ronaldo) but I still think rooney has to control his temper

Both childish, but Rooney is better player than Ronaldo. If Rooney could make up his self, he could be a legend. Ronaldo, just average good player.
Like to see them play for MU, next season.

C Ronaldo has the bonus of being absolutely gorgeous and Wayne Rooney is the Hulk, except he turns red instead of green, hahaha... But in terms of how they play, i think they both have skills of their own...

Rooney is talented and a good player. He show skills and maturity at such a young age. But he is hot tempered and got piss off easily.
For C. Ronaldo, he does have fancy skills and a good actor too. By the way, he is also an expert at diving and cheating....
