I've tasted both italian and american pizza (i'm italian..wait..are you?) and i think that obviously italians do it better!!! xoxo P.S. pizza hut the best!!!

I preferred American because I prefer the taste of the sauce (Papa John's is the best). I liked the Italian pizzas because of their abundance of vegetables and I was really in Italy when I ate them. So, really I guess that I like them both the same - they both have good qualities.

Depends what you want. Italian pizza is more real with pieces of tomato and mozzarella cheese. The crust is usually thinner, too. But American pizza is greesier and different i guess.

Italian is soooo much better........ I ate at an Italian restaurant in Rome, New York ( little Italian City) and the pizza was marvelous....... so were the meatball subs.

I prefer Italian pizza!
They have a thinner crust and a better tasting sauce :)

Italian pizza, but of course! If the food originated from that country then of course it's going to be better. It tastes more fresh, while it does take more time to bake, it is damn well worth it :)

i personally prefer american pizza. i guess b/c i am used to it. don't get me wrong, the way the italians make it is delicious as well but i prefer it the american way.

American pizza of course :) I love the greasy, cheese piled high, thick crust pizza. Who wants pizza with veggies and thin crust with no taste.
