No, Velma is straight, but her tastes in men has not always been the greatest.
In the Johnny Bravo episode "Bravo Dooby Doo", she had a crush on Johnny, but realized what a jerk he is by the end of the cartoon and in the animated feature "Scooby Doo and The Witch's Ghost", she fell for that famous author who turned out to be the villian.
Now if only the animators would change her visual design, I'm sure she would attract more men.
