Helpful Tips to lose weight
Many people are really exasperated with the same old tips for weight loss. Therefore we have added a few different tips to lose weight below:
Always find a chance to move around. Do not use a vehicle if you are able to walk. Preferably run around if you have the time. Almost 70% of your calories are burned in this process. Instead of depending on magical ways to lose weight, apply your own efforts by eating less and moving more.
Reduce your junk food intake and stick to wholesome foods such as fruits and vegetables. Imagine your body as the machine to burn your weight and actually perform the workouts.
Do not plan dieting because it is not a solution for a longer duration. You can easily feel tired by following a particular diet pattern for a shorter duration. It reduces your rate .....................

Whole Grain bread, a big bowl of white oats porridge and museli along with 5 different kinds of fruits. When you eat a lot of fiber for breakfast, the roughage collects all the fat, protein and so on that you had for lunch and dinner, and pulls it along your intestines.
Eat small portions of food during the day...say atleast 6 times and make sure you eat a lot of soya and veggies. Easier to go with a vegeterian diet. Have steamed veggies and tofu. In between you could take a protein shake and a fruit.

you have 2 do some sort of exercise. try 2 eat foods high in fiber, vitamins, etc. and foods that are less fatty. If you also portion ur meals and get some good exercise everyday you'll be ok. Just running or walking could be a good source of exercise.
some good food choices: any fruits, veggies, potatoes, fish, meat
bad: fast foods, lots of sugary things, pop, carbonated drinks,

First, you need to take your "tommy" and lay him in the driveway. Then you go to an equipment rental and rent a steamroller. Run over Tommy with the steamroller. Voila! A flat Tommy.

I'm sure you've seen those 1-2-3 commercials for dairy products, they claim that by adding more dairy into your diet you'll lose fat around your waistline. But exercise is better... a nice toned tummy is always sexy! And it doesn't take long to do, say, 50 crunches a day.

No food alone is going to do it. If you want a flat stomach, you will need to a) do exercises that tone your stomach muscles and b) lose weight overall to reduce fat that lies on top of your abs. All the crunches in the world won't spot reduce fat.

Well, there are foods that will make your belly pooch out if that's what you're asking. For instance soda, the carbonation always makes my belly stick out. Also, carbs, especially the stuff made with white flour. Stick to non-carbonated drinks and whole grain foods (and limit those on days that you want to look thinner!)

You still need exercise darling for that! :)
Watch what you eat as well. Reduce in fat intake. Concentrate on fruit and vegetables. You could eat more salads if you like them.
Do a few crunches....Exercise doesn't mean you have to strain yourself. Just a little will help! :)

The better you eat the more weight you lose. Salads are a great place to start with lowfat dressing and grilled (not chrispy) chicken. Grilled or Broiled white fish is another good thing to eat when your tryin' to lose weight. Plus any fresh fruits or vegis are great.
