Knowledgeable people may know what can be done ...even what should be done ...but may not be in a position to do anything only say what they think..thereby knowing what would be a powerful soloution but being powerless to instrument it

Knowledge is mind power, unfortunately, this type of power can't have any effect on what's happening in the world, unless you're in the position to do so.

APPLIED knowledge is power..
Just having the know;edge of something doesn't make it anything... it is only after you apply the knowledge that the power comes into effect.
