Go to a good shop that sells bathing suits or ask a friend that knows about these things - has an eye for it.
You cannot expect people on the internet give you advise to such a question based on such a vague description of yourself.

alot of stores have what they call "problem areas"
bathing suits...
examp. big butt,flat chested,tummy hider...
I know walmart has them,and on the label they put
what area the bathing suit helps in...
but not sure if you are looking for a name brand suit,this is just one place I have seen them...
I am also a pear...big butt,light on boobs..lol
the one I bought was for this,and it had like double straps(imagine the shoulder look when overlaying spaghetti strap tank tops) it does help...

by you having those very small breast you can wear a bikini it will look nice but you just gotta make sure that the top is the right size for your breast

try bathing suits that has halter strap with flowery bathing suit top to enhance ur chest and look fashionable

String bikinis work well for girls like you. I hate swimsuit shopping b/c I can't wear things like that. Plus, the cutest styles are always for the smaller girls! :)
