I would get an M3 supercharge that little critter do some suspension work and some more mods to the engine and Ill be walking all over the M6, because in reality everyone that buys an M6 has a crap load of money and doesnt care about soopin up a car. M3's are for the slightly monetarily challenged

I don't have the money for any, but even if I did, I'd likely go with the M5. The M3 is a more essential sports car, but I am a people person and like the comfort and space of the M5. The M6 looks amazing and if I were totally selfish, I'd go there.

Truth is, I'd take a first gen (E30) M3 over all of them, and use the money to buy a nice Audi for my 'selfless' car.

Well, if money isn't a factor the M6. What's not to like? It's a sporty coupe that goes really fast.

I had always liked the M3 until I drove an M5. The M5 has much more power and a lot more comfort.

The M6 was drag raced with the M5 and it beat it easy

If you like style and money doesnt matter than the M6 is good.

if you want really fast and good looking go for the m5

if you just was a stylish car with some speed go for the m3 (at least wait till the new one comes out =-p)

BTW Ford Lightning F-150 SUCKS. It is a truck and not a SPORTS CAR!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY

I like smaller cars, so I'd go with the M3. Also, I think the newer style on the 5 series is just awful. Looks like a 2000 Pontiac, fer Chrissakes! M6 is really nice, but it's a tank, and doesn;t handle as well as the 3.

M5. Price aside, I am looking at my situation (married w/ 2 young kids--so I need a decent sized sedan), and the M5 fits the bill nicely. Insane performance, seats 5, when needed, carries a few suitcases or golf bags, but is sort of a stealth performance machine in that people not in the know, do not expect it to eat other 'sports cars' for lunch. It is the ultimate blend of form AND function.
