Hey its not so tough to give an interview. Here are some tips:

- Dress properly but not in any way that it draws the interviewer's attention.
- Be confident of yourself - remember you are somebody!
- Do not be afraid of anybody in the room; think they are your friends that you are meeting after a long time.
- Introduce yourself as follows (only if they ask you to):
- My name is ........
- I am a graduate/undergraduate - mention subjects if graduate
- Tell them about your family - what your father does, what your mother does, how many brothers and sisters you have what they are doing.
- Tell them about any previous work experiences that you may have, or if you are fresh - then dont hesitate to tell them that.
- Important for call centres is your English, grammer, voice control, diction and pleasantness to hear. Be sure you have these things in your control.
- Hey also, call centres would want to know immediately, whether or not you will be willing to work in shifts (including night shifts) so be prepared to say a 'yes' if you want the job.
- If you are asked any question, the answer of which you dont know, dont bluff or imagine the answer - just tell the interviewer - sorry, I dont know the answer to your question.
- Good luck kid - hope you get the job.

Hi, I would love to be able to help you more - like what kinds of questions the interviewer will ask, but I've never had that type of job nor been in a position to interview others. The advice that I can give you which I feel is very important - as nervewrecking as an interview is, show good compusure and confidence that you can do the job. Remember, first impressions are extremely important. Fill out forms neatly and as correctly/informative as possible (do not lie!). As for your introduction, extend your hand out and give a firm handshake and introduce yourself, maintain eye contact at all times through the interview, and when over, extend hand out for a "thank you for your time" handshake. Hope this helps a bit - GOOD LUCK!!! :)))

Just tell them how long you have been in the customer service industry. If you are new then just say

"I am new to the customer service industry, but, I am easy to teach and eager to learn and I felt that this would be a great place to switch gears and jump start a career."

Most of the time the questions they ask will be like:

Tell me a time where you had to deal with an irate customer. What did you do, and what was the outcome?

Tell me about a time where you had to learn a new system or a new program? How did this effect you?

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with an extremely high volume of calls? How did you handle that situation?

Talk about your goals, tell them what you expect to get out of the experience working for the company.

Talk about how much you like the company and the different products and services that you may have experienced from the organization.

Research the Company's history. Find out what their mission statement is and work it into your conversation in the interview.

Ask the employer what they look for in a leader especially for someone first starting out. It shows that you are looking to do good work and shine above the rest.

I hope this helps. Good luck!!

When called into the interview say "good morning, or afternoon which ever it is followed by a hand shake. Sit when he asks you to have a seat. Do not look all around the office, that's rude and intrusive. Don't drag out your answer. Let your answers be precise and clear. Let him know that you are a people person and work well with the public. When the interviewer asks if you have any questions. ask about the 401k plan they offer, about the medical and dental plan, and lastly thank the interviewer for his time and tell him to have a nice day followed by a hand shake. This works every time.

be confident, make sure you get the point across that you are a hard worker, that you really want the job, and don't look scared or nervous. they can sense when you are scared and that is a turn off to hiring. try to smile and think before you speak so your words don't come out jumbled or pronounced wrong. GOOD LUCK let us know if you get the job

tell him ya so!! If he changed into became off by using it, he may have merely surpassed over you and not in any respect teased you about it. tell him, he'd be an fool now to not understand you've been crushing on him, and your merely sorry it took you writing a word to figure it out. yet you gotta say it with a grin and somewhat horny mind-set. do not act weird and wonderful or diffrent....believe me, he teased you about it, it really is okay. Now bypass ask him what he's gonna do about it, or, I choose the ambitious technique, and merely provide him a large ole kiss and get it over with...reliable success

A call center position requires multitasking, handling a large volume of calls at once, dealing with an occasional irate caller, and not getting stressed by any of it. If you have those qualities, play up to them.
