EUNOIA, meaning alertness of mind and will
The longest word containing all six vowels, with each vowel occurring only once, is ANTISTREPHORRHYNCHUS (an extinct crustacean)
all the vowels in order: facetious and abstemious
uncopyrightable
There are at least four that contain all the vowels in reverse order: uncomplimentary, unproprietary, unoriental, and subcontinental. No doubt, word trivia authorities can unearth many more English words that contain all of the vowels. In fact, here's one submitted by a signer of our guest book: miscellaneous (not in order or reverse order, but all the vowels). And here is one that is possibly the shortest word containing all vowels, since it has only two consonants: sequoia.

No english word has no vowels. Sky, fly, attempt, and so on. at the instant are not exceptions. In those circumstances, "y" applications as a vowel, subsequently the expression "the vowels are a, e, i, o, u and infrequently y". even as "y" says a "yuh" sound, e.g. yellow, that is a consonant. even as it says a lengthy "i" sound like, e.g. sky or a lengthy "e" sound, e.g. very, then that is a vowel.
