A male friend is having his birthday next July 14, whats the best gift to let him know that im in love with him?

just that: "i love you"

cooking a heavenly dinner or doing a scrapbook of him may add some points but sometimes less is more :)

well i supose that is very nice but you have to consider what is reaction will be would he be happy to hear this? if he will then its the best gift
