You are supposed to eat 2-3 servings of fruit each day (not too much because fruit has natural sugars) and 4-5 servings of vegetables each day. You are supposed to eat a "rainbow", meaning, eat different colors each day for the best nutritional variety. Most researches these days are not putting a limit on the vegetables you eat since most people do not eat enough, just a minimum.
I try to stick to this everyday. It's not hard for me because I used to be a vegetarian.

I would have to say that I eat about 2 to 4 servings of veggies a day and about 3 servings of fruit, I think fruit tastes alot better.
