YES, especially when you've got flannelette sheets on, it's winter time and your bed is so cosy and soft, and you know how freezing it is outside your bed, and you're so relaxed that you feel like you weigh a ton. It's so bittersweet, those few minutes before I get out of bed, because that's when my bed feels its best but the pleasure is so short lived...

Not if I go to bed early and I have walked out in the fresh air for about a couple of hours. Yes if I have spent all day sitting in front of the computer.

YES!! I have pretty much arranged my life around being able to sleep in. I don't start work until 4pm and usually can't sleep before 2am. I have arranged my papers at uni to fit in with work and sleep-ins too. I don't find that I need any more than 8 hrs sleep but I feel much better for sleeping from 2am til 10am than I do from sleeping 10pm til 6am. I will wake up naturally after 8 hrs feeling great but there's nothing worse than that 6am scenario "Just five more minutes."

It is hard, especially when I get up at 4am. But once I get in the shower I'm immediately awaken and refreshed and actually looking forward to the day.
