I work at a drive thru and the reason this irritates me is because everyone wants to crowd through one lane instead of spreading out to all of them which a)makes more sense and b) means everyone would get waited on faster!

I suppose my answer would fall into category number one. What irritates me the most is people who treat other people with disrespect - people who treat other people as though they think they're better than they are. I'm not saying that it isn't a normal human condition to believe that you're "better" than somebody else, for whatever reason. I do not, however, believe that we have the right to TREAT anyone that way.
