Take a cruise of the Mediterranian. Cruises are are one of THE best vacations you can take. Once you are on ship the staff caters to you, its whatever you want. There is something to do all day every day. Some ships have morning exercise programs, stretching and walking or you can pay for other things like Spinning in the gym. All cruise ships have gyms so you can go workout usually any time from 6:00 AM to late at night. There is usually a walking/running track on one of the decks also. Some ships leave the gym open all night. They call the gyms Spa because they do promote getting pampering thuff like wraps and massages with aromatherapy. They will also generally have abeauty salon to do hair and nails..
Ships have movie theaters, small but nice, and you can also see movies in your room. There are demonstrations on ship like ice carving, napkin folding and towel folding, cooking demonstrations. Some have tours of the Galley (kitchen) and bridge.
Each day you will receive a "newsletter" listing the time, place and particulars of each event. You can schedule land tours and activities also during the day and evening when the ship is in port. There are generally shows every evening, one show for those with an early dinner seating and another (same show) for those who eat late. There is always food available. Usually there is a place in ship where you can go get something. Or, you can always just pick up the phone in your cabin and order from the room serviice menu (food is free). If you want, you can order breakfast room service.
There are places on ships to play board games and cocktail lounges that feature a variety of mucis. There is usually a disco that starts after 10:00 PM each night. They have music to suit everyones desires. Some will have times when they play the "Big Band" tunes of the 40's and 50's.
Then there is always the pools. Some ships have more than one and the newer ships generally have an indoor pool as well as outdoor ones and all of these have hot hots.
There are tours off the ship that you can take, or you can just get off and stroll/tour on your own. OR, you can not get off the ship at all and just relax while the ship is in port.
WE did a Mediteranian cruise last October and had a great time (we're in our 60's). The weather was great, just a little rain and the seas were calm. Our trip started in Barcelona Spain (on a Royal Caribbean ship) and went to Nice, France: Monaco; Italy (3 stops); Greece (3 stops); and Turkey. WE did tours to the VAtican, the Leaning Tower of Piza, the Acroplois in Greece and the Biblical city of Ephesus in Turkey.
If you have handicaps, like maybe use a motorized chair or wheelchair, the cruise ships will accommodate you and provide help getting on and off the ship in ports. They even have lifs to help you into the pools on ship if necessary. We have been on about a dozen cruises and many have had a lot of white haired folks, like me ...LOL... senior citizens.
If you don't want to go out of the country, do the Hawaii cruise and you will see beautiful sights every day. Or do Alaska, we did that one a few years ago; or do a New England and Canada one, we're doing that one this Sept.

I would suggest a cruise. Everything is included and you see a few different areas. They're relaxing and it doesn't involve strenuous activity. I really enjoyed Alaska, but Caribbean is nice too. Right now I live in Ireland, and there are a lot of beautiful places here to see, mainly outside of Dublin. You could also try Italy, along the coastline. Portofino is really nice.

You can't go wrong if you go to Hawaii. You could pick any of the islands and you would be in paradise. Our favorite island is Kauai, but each offer something for every one. Good Luck and Enjoy!

No Totti. That place is too cold and snowy. They need to go to Miami, Florida or even Jacksonville or anywhere in Florida.
