They have both had liver transplants. The answer to Question #6 of the Paul and Young Ron contest is that all three of them have (or have had) fatty livers due to a long-time drinking problem. Young Ron has not had a liver transplant yet.

I know you're trying to win Paul & Young Ron's "You Can't Win." But, sorry, Steve - I'm going to win - again.
