You can also chew fresh ginger or mint leaves.

Any of the herbal mint teas will work well for stomach aches. =) Peppermint, spearmint, eucalyptus, catnip, etc.

Try Chamomile... also mint will calm your stomach. Ginger is good for nausea but it tastes awful. Try ginger chews or real ginger ale (both found at Whole Foods) if you are suffering from nausea.

I'm not a holistic healer, but I use peppermint tea for stomach aches, and it works for me.
