I cannot allow myself to denegrate the deaths, injuries and despair that occurred last year. At the time my heart went olut to all who were involved. That includes the guys who carried and detonated the bombs. Just as my heart went out to all those who were involved in the 9/11 massacre.

I maintain the same heartfelt sorrow for all peoples on this planet who have died this past year in similar circumstances. No matter who they were.

At eleven o`clock I was walking along a road in Broughty Ferry.

At twelve o clock I was making lunch and forgot. Then my mum texted me to say that her and my sister participated in the two minutue silence in Tammys. Then at one o clock there was a two minutue silence on Trouble (cable channel) I couldn't help thinking it is always the ordinary people that get hurt never the people in power. We have to suffer because of people's own stupidity and upsets. People lost family. It doesn't just effect them it effects all of us.
