PSP3? ok... thers PS3 and PSP.. there hasnt been a PSP 2 yet so im assuming your talking about the PS3.
The PS3 is going to be in stores November, 17th this year.

ps 3 will come out in november. If you want to by a decent games console then i suggest you by the 360 and save yourself from the evil hands of playstaion!!
(You can by the Wii AND 360 for LESS than the ps3)
