i would say the doctors and pharmacist are in cahoots with the government if the doc say you need medicine you go get it and the pharmacist charges outragious prices because the government regulates that and everyone gets thier cut in the action

Your question is meaningless. It depends on what is wrong with you. Sometimes an injection of an antibiotic, narcotic, or lidocaine can give very quick relief of symptoms. Given the proper disease you still can get such an injection, but real life isn't USUALLY so easy.
