No one knows and I don't see how anyone can claim to know either way.
Those who say there is life after death are usually basing it on a myth perpetuated by their particular religion. The concept of life after death was created as a means to try to get humans to behave in a civil manner when alive. If you live justly, there are great rewards awaiting you! It's like the golden pot at the end of the rainbow. It seems to me that you should live a good life because it's the right thing to do, not because you want a prize when all is said and done. Living a righteous life just because you wish to get a reward is, in a word, selfish.

Of course it depends on your take on this do you mean do we become angels? Nope dont think so.
Tell ya' what next cat,dog,or goldfish you have pass away bury it where nothing has ever grown,then in a few months all kinds of life-yep there is life after death.

There is no impirical and quantifiable evidence to support the theory of any form of afterlife.
My view is that if there was life after death, we'd have found a way of proving it by now.
In my world, the answer is a resounding "No.".

Life as we should know it us of the blood and of the water and mind.The blood of my family continues within me as the many thoughts and heartfelt expressions of the many I've encountered or have been acquainted.
Life is everlasting in every real sense of your entire being in all. The mind is what I am in my conscious state/status.
The blood and water is the matter within all
that we commonly are and shall always be eternally....internally..
Existing somewhat existentially... to carry on

OF COARSE THERE IS LIFE AFTER DEATH OF THESE HUMAN BODIES. JUST NOT AS WE "SEEM" TO KNOW IT. THERE ARE MANY FORMS OF LIFE. WE DO NOT EVER DIE, WE MERELY CHANGE FROM ONE EXISTENCE TO ANOTHER....
