The USA has no interest in setting up colonies like Britian did in the past. Therefore, it will not happen.

Space colonies maybe, but they already have client states. And "Big Daddy", stay the hell away from Canada, those resources are ours and Americans shouldn't have hated catholics so much if you wanted are help in the revolutionary war and subsequent national memebrship (because the province of quebec might have supported you, Canada wasn't called Canada until 1791) Canadians will defend their country and are fiercely patriotic if you really push their buttons, like try to invade them. Oh wait, you did try to invade us (war of 1812) and we ended up burning down the house, literally. We were the ones who burnt down the White House.

No. The Past is your key word here. The world situation has changed. Which is presicely why Britain (or any other counry) no longer has colonies.

U cannot call it colonizing anymore cos the trade relation is not shown outside like before rather its shown as pre epmtive attack and take over and establishing puppet governments,so this may be called somthing else.
The final motive is money finally like it used to be in colonies.

No. As far as setting up colonies goes, the best place to conquer would be Canada. With its large amount of energy resources (oil sands), unexplored mineral resources, and water! I just don't see that happening.
And who are you going to convince to go live in Iraq? South America? Please.

The U.S. has countries which are protectorates now. We also have counties which ere protectortes but are now independent, only with all the benefits of protectorates. I suggest researching this area of U.S. Protectorates. I think you will be very surprised at what you learn.
