What is the best way to practice diddles? i need to be able to play straight sixteenths diddling random notes. O i need to be able to get them up to 160 bpms, im only at 70 right now.

That's only about 3 beats per second. So, if you count it in as 1 beat per second, IE: 1 one-thousand -2 one-thousand, 3 one-thousand.... 4 one-thousand, and then play triplets on each count you'll get 180 bpm. The problem is stamina. You'll get tired by the end and that will throw your rhythm off. This is an exercise to build the stamina that you'll need to play for long sessions. Like running a marathon.
Don't give up. Piano is a great instrument to play.

If you can do it while swimming across a river with a weight around your neck, it will be easy later.
