have a great social life - if you don't find outside things to do. Join clubs, join socities. Then when something bad occurs you will not be moping around at home. You can go out and enjoy yourself, talk to people you have met and in time you will solve or get over what ever it is that is worrying you.

It also helps having a great partner and family you can talk to - the above is in the event you have neither or if you break up with your partner.

only faith and patience will get you through the time needed for the situation to 'play out'.

key objective is to not 'freak out' before this can happen, lest you should be labeled a hothead, then you lose the game. deep - breathe, bite tonque, and wait .

peace
