I am a nurse practitioner, and yes , it is normal to have light pink spotting during any stage of pregnancy. It will especially show after sex. The concern lies when you have bright red spotting, or flow close to a light period. If there is any cramping, or pain in the abdomen, see a doctor. Otherwise, I think everything is okay.

Spotting is normal in very early pregnancy that is when the fertilized ovum is eroding the uterine wall to get fixed into it.
Since becoming pregnant and having a baby is the most precious gift one can have, so it would be a good idea to checked up with your obstetrician.

sweetie, i had this for 4 months, very light (not bright red blood) 1-2 days a month, i have heard many women also spot bleed in early pregnancy. i would be scared to death each time this would happen, i thought i was having a miscarrage, make sure and tell your dr. ok. there are meds. that can be given to help prevent a miscarrage. but i think it is just inplantion bleeding, try not to get stressed ok, congrads! and good luck , GOD BLESS.

yes it just depends on where you are having the spots. These spots are very common among pregnant women due to the fact that a lot pressure is being exerted on your organs and this causes the pink spots.
