I don't know about virgo and scorpio but i am an aries and i have never been able to get along with a scorpio without supreme effort...in fact the first time I heard the word it gave me a chill that stayed with me to this day...and I didn't even know what it meant at the time...i react powerfully to scorpio and i'll probably never be able to explain why.

of course. Although sometimes virgo is a little too reserved for scorpio which on the other hand is very posessive. Books say that scorpio is very compatible.

I'm a Scorpio married to a Virgo for a number of years, we get along great, so I don't know why friendship wouldn't be the same!

as a Scorpio you can make fiends with any other sign but avoid Ares the Ram. In legend these two had to be kept apart that's why the main star in the constellation of Scorpio is Antares, meaning "opposite to Ares".
