Eb5 = D#5 power chord
E5 = E power chord

it's E5. flat notes are always a step up from major notes. you can count them on the frets ;) for this case D#5 come before E5, therefore, its a flat note and a pitch lower than E5.

E5. Any "b" flat, is lower than the Major note.
