generally speaking FOB means that the seller will pay freight to the port within that city. So for example if you bought something from a factory in SZ, that factory would then courier it to the boat but you have to pay for the actual shipping to your chosen destination country. BUT you should clarify this exactly when you are making enquiries with each particular manufacturer or seller you are dealing with.

Its a payment term for products you've purchased from abroad. Those products (cargo) will be delivered and paid when Freight On Board at Shenzhen Port. I assume that will be in a container since Shenzhen is a container terminal in China.

It seems this is the first time you try to get involved in trading!
When you buy, there are several terms. One is to purchase from the factory, another could be the manufacturer to deliver it to a port. Another is the manufacturer to deliver it to your port, etc.
FOB ShenZhen means (Free On Board) the manufacturer will deliver it to ShenZhen port. Thus the customer is responsible for freight, insurance, etc, from there!
