For your cars maintenance:
Starting and stopping the engine is what causes 70% of the wear. Every time you start your engine, the engine is running without oil pressure for several seconds... minutes in the winter time.
For gas consumption:
Off is always better... they say anything over 60 seconds of idling wastes more fuel then starting the engine.
As for points #2 and #3:
Makes no difference, even if their was a difference you would never be able to tell.

I suggest leaving the engine running, in park, foot off the brake. Stopping and restarting engines does them no good at all

2- It takes more to gas to start the car than leaving it running,,,and leaving it in drive stepping on the break you are working against the engine, making it work harder Than it would just at an idle

1. Turning the engine off, and then restarting it.
... cause ur fuel consumption will come down...
if this is for three mins... but if it is for a min then u should let it be on... and in 2 then in park... cause this is the way it goes...

Cars actually do not run clean until they are warmed up. They pollution control equipment needs to be hot to do its job so if you keep shutting the car off and cooling it down it will not be cleaning the exhaust gasses properly.

TURN IT OFF. IF YOU CHECK THE NEW VEHICLES (CHEVROLET TRUCKS) THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF WHEN IDLING AND RESTART BY PRESSING ON THE GAS PEDAL.SAVES A LOT OF GAS. EMISSIONS DOES NOT COOL DOWN ENOUGH TO HURT IN 3 MINUTES, THE CAT. CONVERTER IS THE MAIN WORK HORSE ON EMISSION REDUCTIONS, AND IT TAKES OVER AN HOUR FOR IT TO COOL DOWN.
