If, by your question, you wonder if it is best to operate from a position of fear, the answer is no. As Patton wrote, "Never take council of your fears." One must respect an adversary, but do not take action only to mitigate fears. When dealing with a determined enemy, it is best to strike fear in *HIM* and break his will to fight.

I do not put myself in the line of danger, but yet do not fear terrorism tactics. If I am blown up, I'm dead. Why waste your life fretting about something that may never happen or is inevitable. Live and let the powers that be deal or inadequately deal with terrorism.
