There really isn't a way because once you get on the network, they usually come calling within a week and they'll want you to pay for the time that you did use.
If you want to continue, though, you need a cable modem that works with Comcast, which you can get anywhere if you just check. Hook up the cable to the modem and the modem to the PC through Ethernet and configure a connection through the wizard that is broadband with no login and it should work without any problems. But not always.
