I work 30 hours per week, and it is part of training I am supposed to receive for my uni.

um if you are getting more and more responsibility, and they can see your work, and you know that you have a good chance of getting hired on then take the abuse for a few more paychecks, and then when you do get hired on you can negotiate the salary in your contract! You have you foot in the door with a good company, and if they have kept you on this long you are golden!

hard to say..where is the job, what do you do, sounds like it might be OK, if it is a traditional internship consider your self lucky to be paid at all, not all internships offer compensation

It's all about location. If you live in New York, that sucks. If you live in Tennessee, that's pretty good.
