No, he messed up Iran and the US seems to be messing it up further from the Muslim perspective, I don't think US citizens could stand an autocratic despot with a still surviving family of the same ilk. And he would be totally unreliable considering the huge quantity and variety of WMD's that the US possesses.

usa is one of the very few countires in the world which doesn't allow president to be picked who are of foreign origin
in other words.
