i dont have any heart problem nor do i have low or high B.P. problem. i am not obese also and I am non smoker as well.

The best person to answer that is your doctor. There are many factors besides those mentioned by you that the doctor would consider before designing a suitable exercise regimen.

i would say 20-30 min. take a five minute break every ten min. goon the treadmill every day.

If you have a tv in font of you and free time, as much as possible it can't do you any bad.

1 hour a day is fine. Any more and you will get bored.
