I made sex with my fiancé last week sex so if I use pregnancy test in this week its possible to know I am pregnant? Generally when can i use pregnancy test after the day of sex?

You might get an accurate result 5 days before you miss your period if you had an egg get fertilized and implant right away.
I would use the first pee in the AM when you do test to make sure it's the most concentrate.
Personally, I never had luck getting a positive test until the day I missed my period, so you might want to buy a two pack just in case.

Only use the test once you have missed your period, otherwise it will be too early and you'll wind up wasting the test and still not know if you are pg. If you have irregular periods, wait at least two weeks.
You can never tell by testing the day after.

a day after sex you are not even pregnant. it takes much longer than that for the sperm to reach the egg and then for implantation. the least amount of time is 2 weeks but, wait until you miss your period.

some tests are better than others you need to read the box. but usually after your first missed period would your body have made the enzyme that it needs to detect pregnancy. Otherwise your waisting money.
