I get a box comes on my screen that says, "The page you are trying to view contains POSTDATA that has expired from cashe. If you resend the data any action the form carried out (such as search or online purchase) will be repeated. To resend the data click OK otherwise click cancel.
Why has this started to happen and how can I stop it happening please? I only want to return to a page I was on previously And I havent a clue what it means, can anyone help?

This message just means that the last page you were on was generated by you entering a form. If you registered for a site, placed an order, etc. your browser will try to do the same thing again if you click ok.

If you want to go to a page before that one, you should click on the down arrow next to the green arrow and select a couple pages back.

This error is on webpages that were writen in flash, don't press the back arrow just use the BACK or something like that from the webpage.
