1. Did you enter?
2. Did you receive a payment?
3. Are they asking you to send them money first?
4. Are they asking for personnal information such as bank accounts, social security numbers, driver's licences?

If no to 1 and 2, then no you did not win. If yes to 3 and 4 it is a scam and they are trying to get eaither information or money from you that they should not get.

When they send you a check. If they ask you for money, tell 'em to buzz off. This is a big scam that's going around right now, mainly via e-mail.

How can you be so stupid as to actually think you won some money .... I am amazed how people fall for this crap.
