Is videoart and experimental film still something that is interesting?

I think everything is already done, look to a commercial at television, sometimes its pure videoart, from technical point of view,not conceptual. Is there a new way to make an other kind of visual art or a new cinema......?

People, please answer my question, your opinon matters, it's not only about videoart, it's about art in general... it's a fundamental question.

i think so. i think an important part of art is how it's presented. a lot may have already happened on tv and film screens, but where else? if you're really looking for purity, all you need is light and a surface for it to fall on.

p.s. sorry i'm your only answer so far! maybe you should try asking again. i for one would like to know what people think about the "everything is already done" feeling that the postmodern world has.
