Yes but that will be a hard conversation, "Joe the baby may be yours I'm just not sure", that is not going to go over real well. I would tell you I want a test, but either way I would leave you, not the kid just you.

Relationship needs trust and honesty. You need to be able to depend on your partner and they on you.
If you have a doubt, it best to express it.
If you are unsure and uncertain as to the paternity, then admit this.
If you do there is more chance of the relationship surviving, and better, a stable relationship for the baby to grow up into.

Then you should check and be sure. It will tear a man up to raise a child and find out it is not his own, also to find out that you cheated.
