A new study at the University of California San Francisco has found that excessive underarm sweating can be treated effectively with botulinum A neurotoxin (Botox®), a toxin derived from bacteria.
This treatment can be completed in an office visit, requires no anesthesia, and absence of sweating is long lasting.

Excessive sewating is called hyperhydrosis. There is a product called Driclor, it is a very high aliminium content deodorant which you use at night instead of day. It's available at drustores/chemist/pharmacy. You dont need a prescription. It works by shrinking the sweat glands. At first it may cause a rash or itch, only use a little amount, not as much as a normal deodorant. Nightly at first, then only every 3-4 days or once a week. IT WORKS !!

there is a perscription anti perspirant he could get from the doctor if it is a real problem. He should be checked out by his doctor as profuse sweating could be a symptom of a more serious condition. There is also a medical condition that causes profuse perspiring. Please get him to go see a doctor.
