...God....! I hope not...! And I'm from the North, actually... The South is very different from the North, but very similar as well... All told, I'd rather be on a blanket somewhere in Italy, sipping wine and enjoying the company of my soulmate while she sleeps...

Well, the magnetic poles reverse every ten or so thousand years... In fact, I think it's supposed to do it again kind of soon, in a couple centuries - but I don't think that's what you mean. What do you mean?
